Terms & Conditions for Caravan Hire at Butlins Minehead

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FAMILY CARAVAN HOLIDAYS AT BUTLINS MINEHEAD

We are unable to accept bookings from:- a) Groups of persons of all one sex under the age of 30. b) Mixed groups under 25 years of age, unless they are family groups that include children.

Butlins is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday, please note no refunds will be made.

Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition, the hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage done to the caravan or contents during their stay. We do ask for a £75 refundable bond, this is sometimes increased for young groups, adults weekends or at our discretion. This is payable at the time you pay the final balance, and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any loss, damage or additional cleaning charges from this at our discretion.

Any loss or damage found on your arrival should be reported as soon as possible by telephoning on 01205 480184 otherwise you may be held responsible.

Keys to your caravan are available on the day of your arrival from the time stated on your registration form, however you are welcome to use all the facilities on the butlins complex if you arrive before this time.

In order that the caravan can be checked before the next booking, we request that you vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure.

A £75 deposit is required within 48 hours of booking your holiday, should you book your holiday 9 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due within seven days. (unless otherwise arranged)

Please note that the £75 booking deposit is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the final balance is not received by the due date as arranged. Balance reminders will not be sent.

We recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday, and the above cancellation charges will apply to all cancelled holidays.

The advertised price of your holiday includes accommodation and gas & electricity, and entertainment passes for up to 6 people.

Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the camp is beyond our control, and we cannot except any responsibility for this.

Should your grade of accommodation become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we will where possible offer an alternative which you have the option to decline and a full refund will be given.

Please note that all caravans are non - smoking, and pet free zones, smoking inside the caravan or bringing an animal will result in loss of your breakage's bond.

We can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in one of our caravans.

Whilst every effort will be made to repair any problems with equipment inside the caravan such as washing machine, dvd players, freeview boxes etc, we cannot make any refunds for items not working.
